PACS is a national post-acute healthcare provider seeking an Activity Assistant to support the Activity Director in planning and running a creative, interactive activities program that meets residents' needs and regulatory standards.

The role includes coordinating monthly calendars, completing assessments, arranging transport, and encouraging resident participation in hobbies, crafts, and reading. Strong teamwork and documentation are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferable one-year experience in a long term care facility.

Mansioni

• Plan and conduct individual and group activities.
• Assist in developing monthly activity calendars and attendance records.
• Support communication among staff, residents, families, and external partners.
• Assist with activity care plans and resident assessments.
• Arrange transportation for residents as needed.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, crafts, and reading.
• Maintain a clean, secure Activity Department.
