Job summary

Sunridge Assisted Living of Roy is seeking an Activity Coordinator (Chaos Coordinator) to lead resident programs and partner with CNAs and volunteers. You will plan monthly calendars, host events, and ensure activities reach all residents per service plans.

You will also photograph activities for social media, maintain supplies, and keep the activity space tidy. Must be 25+ and able to drive the community bus, with required TB tests and a Food Handler permit.

Qualifications

• Work with volunteers and CNAs to run activities.
• Maintain supplies for a variety of activities.
• Follow the monthly activity calendar.
• Offer activities to all residents per service plan.
• Capture photos/videos of activities for posting.
• Participate in required monthly in-services.
• Ensure the activity room is clean after shifts.
• Build good relationships with residents, families, staff.
• Be able to host events and work independently.
• Must be 25+ and able to drive the community bus.
• Provide proof of TB test and Food Handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host resident activities per the calendar.
• Assist volunteers and CNAs in group activities.
• Keep supplies stocked for a variety of activities.
• Photograph and video residents during activities for social media.
• Maintain a clean and orderly activity space after shifts.
• Engage residents one-on-one when needed and follow plans.
• Work flexible days/hours for special events.
