Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead daily activities, events, and enrichment programs, encouraging resident participation and helping prepare calendars and newsletters. You will escort residents and maintain organized activity spaces.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to lead small groups, and a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs
• Encourage and support resident participation

• Escort residents to and from programs as needed
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately
