Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to help plan and execute engaging programs for residents. You will support calendar development, arrange performers, conduct seminars, and maintain the library while assisting residents with transportation to events.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic senior living environment. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, welcoming demeanor and a desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for residents.
• At least 21 years old and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, planning, and execution of resident activities.
• Help develop monthly calendar, arrange performers, provide seminars, and maintain the resident library.
• Transport residents to events and assist them entering/exiting the community vehicle.
