PACS Group seeks an Activity Director to lead the activity program in a long-term care facility in Rio Rancho, NM. You will plan, organize, and direct resident-centered activities, coordinate with staff, families, and regulators, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and preferably 1 year of LTC facility experience; strong communication, organization, and the ability to interpret policies are essential.
