Job summary

Provision Living, LLC seeks an Activities Manager to plan, direct, and evaluate a full calendar of resident activities under the supervision of the Executive Director. You will organize transportation, recruit volunteers, and support move-ins and orientation to foster engaging experiences for seniors.

The role requires leadership in a senior care setting, strong communication, and the ability to manage a diverse program with attention to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred.
• CTRS certification a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior care setting and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and implement a monthly program of activities for residents (physical, spiritual and cognitive).
• Coordinate daily activity programming including weekends and evenings.
• Recruit, hire and train volunteers to support activity programs.
• Develop and maintain monthly calendars/newsletters for activities.
• Manage activity department budget ensuring alignment with community goals.
