Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a strong plus.
• Prior experience as an activity aide or activity director is highly preferred.
• CPR certification is a bonus.
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a genuine desire to brighten residents’ days.

Responsibilities

• Leading engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Providing personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents.
• Assisting with the development of our monthly activity calendar.
• Maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces.
• Communicating important updates to supervisors and caregivers to ensure each resident feels supported and seen.
