Job summary

Hemet Hills Post Acute in Hemet, CA is hiring an Activities Aide to create meaningful moments for residents. You will lead individual and group activities, provide in-room personal activities, and help plan the monthly activity calendar.

You will work in a supportive, team-focused environment with competitive pay and full-time benefits. Prior skilled nursing or activity experience is preferred, and CPR certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience as an activity aide or activity director preferred.
• CPR certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests.
• Provide personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects.
• Assist with developing the monthly activity calendar.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces.
• Communicate important updates to supervisors and caregivers.
