Hemet Hills Post Acute in Hemet, CA is seeking an Activities Assistant (part time) to enrich residents’ lives through meaningful, individualized activities. You will help plan and lead group and in-room activities, supporting the care team and creating a positive daily experience for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Welcome to Hemet Hills Post Acute, our newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Hemet, CA. With 178 beds and a mission to provide exceptional care for both short- and long‑term patients, we are building something special—and we'd love for you to be a part of it.

Your Role as an Activities Aide

As an Activities Aide, you will help create meaningful moments and enriching experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
