Qualifications

• CPR certification is a bonus or preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a strong plus.
• Experience as an activity aide or activity director is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Provide personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents.
• Assist with development of the monthly activity calendar.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces.
• Communicate updates to supervisors and caregivers to ensure residents feel supported.
