Job summary

Hemet Hills Post Acute in Hemet, CA is seeking an energetic Activities Aide to create meaningful moments for residents. You will lead engaging activities, tailor programs to individual interests, and support bed-bound residents with in-room enrichment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a strong plus.
• Prior experience as an activity aide or activity director is highly preferred.
• CPR certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests.
• Provide personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents.
• Assist with the development of the monthly activity calendar.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces.
• Communicate important updates to supervisors and caregivers to ensure residents feel supported.
