Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Gatehouse Attendant to provide friendly, professional customer service while enforcing access control procedures within the community.

You will greet visitors, screen entrants, document traffic, and report incidents to the Management Office. The role requires clear communication, reliability, and a neat appearance. This full-time position may require outdoor work and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse population.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior Gatehouse experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors at the visitor lane in a friendly, professional manner.
• Screen visitors, contractors, vendors, employees, or anyone seeking ad mittance to determine authorization.
• Record traffic entering the property using the access control system.
• Observe, report and communicate incidents to Management Office/Front Desk.
• Complete paperwork and ensure reports are legible and organized.
• Keep gatehouse clean and ensure only authorized personnel access the community.
