Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one year experience in the field or related area, or equivalent education/experience.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the Medical Center residency program and serves as liaison for trainees and activities.
• Provides administrative support to the program director and residents; represents the director in meetings and administrative affairs.
• Ensures compliance with ACGME requirements and suggests modifications as needed.
• Coordinates completion of PIF for ACGME site reviews and maintains accreditation records.
• Oversees recruitment, orientation, and graduation processes; manages ERAS, NRMP, and San Francisco Match submissions.
• May conduct resident orientations and coordinate resident rotation schedules; maintains resident/alumni records.
