Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa, Texas, seeks a Business Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and financial support for residency and fellowship programs. Responsibilities

• The Business Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and financial support for residency and fellowship programs.
• Responsibilities include coordinating purchasing activities, processing reimbursements, managing travel arrangements and expense documentation for residents and fellows, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
• The position supports the day-to-day operations of graduate medical education programs, including resident onboarding and offboarding, maintenance of trainee files and records, MedHub data management and tracking, interview season planning and scheduling, and coordination of program activities.
• The Business Coordinator works closely with program leadership, faculty, trainees, and institutional departments to ensure efficient program operations, accurate recordkeeping, timely communication, and a positive training experience for residents and fellows.
