Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of experience managing or supporting program operations.
• Experience with residency programs and compliance with education standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and administrative leadership for the Ophthalmology Residency Program.
• Coordinate residency operations, rotations, schedules, and patient care coverage.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME, GME, institutional, and board requirements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and program budgeting.
• Oversee education evaluations, milestones, and academic events.
