Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Education or Business
• 2 years experience as a residency program coordinator in a GME facility
• Proficient knowledge of GME residency program coordination process

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Directors and Associate Directors on educational program governance
• Coordinate recruitment processes for educational programs
• Proctor and coordinate In Training Exams
• Plan and coordinate Residency/Fellowship events (Orientation, Graduation, Wellness, Retreats)
• Oversee program evaluation processes and committees (e.g., PEC, CCC)
• Liaise with Finance for Medicare cost reporting and ensure compliance
