Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize information and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Supervisory responsibility includes guiding residents and junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of the Residency Program.
• Understand and apply national ACGME accreditation policies.
• Direct long-range planning, trainee recruitment, and project development.
• Maintain databases and communicate with faculty and residents on a wide range of issues.
• Manage internal and external program relations and administrative processes.
