Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center seeks a Program Manager for Graduate Medical Education to oversee the Internal Medicine Residency Program and ensure ACGME accreditation compliance. The role includes long-term planning, trainee recruitment, and program development in a busy hospital setting.

The PM will liaise with faculty, residents, and external stakeholders while managing administrative workflows and data systems to support education quality and program relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of GME experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME).
• Medical Education certification (C-TAGME) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct leadership and strategic oversight of the designated program(s), including operations, finance, and people management.
• Collaborates with the Program Director and other leaders to develop and implement program-level policies.
• Demonstrates service excellence at all times.
• Ensures compliance with ACGME accreditation policies and hospital requirements.
