Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with progressive responsibility required.
• Equivalent experience as determined by the Chairman and Patient Care Service Director required.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate complex schedules, maintain confidentiality, and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage residency office operations including expenses, files, forms, and reimbursements.
• Maintain scheduling, reports, and timely correspondence for the department.
• Plan and manage residency rotation schedules and conference calendars.
• Prepare letters of recommendation and maintain confidential resident records.
• Coordinate orientation, faculty meetings, and resident evaluations.
• Ensure data is updated for ACGME/ABR/ACGME site visits and programs databases.
• Plan Resident/Fellow Awards Banquet and maintain program portfolios in New Innovations.
