Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking an International Student Program Residency Operations Manager to ensure smooth in-person residencies at the Indianapolis Ed Center North. You will lead daily residency operations, deliver exceptional student services, and support administrative tasks within the International Student Programs - IWU National & Global team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in a professional office, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
• Experience maintaining organized records or systems and using data to improve daily operations.
• Preferred experience with diverse populations or in roles requiring high cultural sensitivity and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residency operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.
• Operate residency systems: attendance records, student ID production, and site-level communications.
• Supervise Residency Operations staff and coordinate other ISP personnel across residencies.
• Serve as on-site incident coordinator in collaboration with Regional Operations team.
• Support student success and respond to routine inquiries at the site.
• Oversee local logistics and facilities to ensure readiness and hospitality standards.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance daily work and improve efficiency within defined processes.
