Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking a Sites Manager to lead regional operation teams and manage multiple education centers. The role focuses on building operations, conferencing services, and staff leadership across IWU’s National & Global unit in the Indianapolis area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Christian commitment, a Bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of supervisory experience. This on-site role offers opportunities to collaborate with multiple IWU centers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Customer service-related experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Commercial building and project management experience helpful.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop regional operational team.
• Coordinate building and grounds management for a inviting, professional environment.
• Oversee conferencing services and revenue opportunities.
• Staff buildings based on usage and partner with regional ventures team.
