Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing operations and project management function to ensure scopes, timelines, and resources are clearly defined.
• Oversee intake, scoping, prioritization, scheduling, and completion of marketing projects across teams.
• Establish and enforce project management standards and processes for efficiency and accountability.
• Produce regular reports on project status, workload, bottlenecks, and team performance.
• Directly supervise two Marketing brand managers and provide coaching and development.
