Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking an International Student Program Residency Assistant Operations Manager at the Indianapolis Ed Center North. This role oversees daily residency systems, supports students and faculty, and ensures facilities are prepared for residency activities.

Reporting to the ISP Operations Manager, you will handle attendance, communications, and administrative tasks with accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles with reliability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to work Friday and Saturday residency hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level residency systems and attendance record keeping.
• Provide direct guidance and support to students regarding residency services and attendance matters.
• Support Faculty Support Team by preparing academic supplies and participating in training.
• Assist in preparing the building for residencies, including room set-ups and hospitality.
• Monitor the condition of furniture and equipment to meet program standards.
• Support Operations Manager in incident response and documentation.
• Provide backup administrative assistance to Residency and Regional Operations Teams.
• Use AI tools to enhance operational efficiency within defined processes.
