Summary of Position: The ISP Residency Assistant Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the daily execution of residency programs at a specific education center. Reporting to the ISP Operations Manager, this position provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure a successful in-person experience for international students, faculty, and guests. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the hands‑on operation of residency systems, assisting with student and faculty needs, and ensuring the facility is prepared for all residency activities.
