Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residency operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.
• Operate and maintain residency systems including attendance records and communications.
• Supervise Residency Operations staff and coordinate with regional teams.
• Co-lead on-site incident coordination and escalation procedures with Regional Operations.
• Provide direct guidance and support to students regarding residency services and attendance matters.
• Oversee local logistics, facilities readiness, and hospitality standards for residencies.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance operational efficiency within defined processes.
