Job summary

Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking a supervisor to lead staff and coordinate activities across the Residency maintenance program. The role focuses on monitoring performance, ensuring data quality, schedules, and budgets align with guidance and directives.

You will communicate with internal and external customers, prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with mapping tasks using ArcGIS.

• Receive, investigate, and respond to concerns from customers and stakeholders.
• Disseminate information and gather data for requests and reports.
• Coordinate field reviews, inspections, and mapping tasks to enhance program delivery.
• Maintain records, reports, and systems related to projects and programs.
• Provide technical assistance and interpret laws, regulations, and procedures.
