Job summary

Guthrie is seeking a General Medical Education Program Coordinator to oversee the operational and financial management of an accredited Residency/Fellowship training program. You will align with the DME, MRP, and PD to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and program milestones.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, data management across residency systems, and enhancing strategic planning for institutional improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree or 2+ years medical education experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program coordination under DME/MRP/PD guidance.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and other accrediting bodies.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation using ERAS/NRMP.
• Maintain program data across GME systems.
• Oversee program budget and expenditures.
