• Five years in a healthcare-related field with strong organizational skills and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residency/fellowship program operations and accreditation compliance.
• Supervise administrative staff and optimize GME processes and collaboration.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard department team members.
• Manage daily operations, budgeting, and performance against objectives.
• Foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders and drive program improvements.
• Coordinate recruitment events and trainee credentialing requirements.
• Collaborate on yearly rotation and vacation scheduling for house staff.
• Maintain records in Residency Management Software and produce cyclical reports.
• Interact with physicians, administration and regulatory agencies.
