Qualifications

• A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacy licensure in the state of practice within 90 days of hire.
• AZ Wallet Card by time of hire for AZ-based hires.
• Good organizational, problem solving and computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and programmatic direction for Pharmacy Services operations.
• Develop budgets, standards, and plans; supervise staffing and performance.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across departments and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and formulary management.
