Job summary

The Residences Concierge at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, ensures members have a seamless arrival and an engaging visit while fostering ongoing connections with our brand. You will leverage local knowledge to arrange transportation, dining, and amenities, providing discreet, personalized service to our guests.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.
• Experience in hospitality or concierge roles is preferred.

About the role:

TheResidencesConcierge is an integral part of the Residences at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The mainobjectiveof this role is to ensure ourmembers have a smooth arrival experience, a highly connected and engagedvisit, and an ongoing relationship with our brand and our team. The Residences Concierge team is expected to goabove and beyondfor ourmembers byutilizingtheir resources and knowledge of the local Naples area. Our goal is to enhancememberexperiences and make their stay as enjoyable as possible!

What you will do:

• Customer Service:Maintaininga welcoming, helpful, and discrete environment for every guest
• Technology: Answering phone calls while responding to chats and emails that come through our unique computer systems
• Communication: Connecting withourmembersto discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time, etc.
• Teamwork: Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail
• Passion for guest services and hospitality.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English isrequired.
• Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
