Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Washington, CT, is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential program for youth with developmental disabilities. The role includes ISP/IPP planning, medication certification, and documentation management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred; High School diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid CT Driver's License required.
• Be flexible, patient, energetic and creative.

Responsabilités

• Implement the daily operation of the assigned residence and function as shift leader in the absence of the RM.
• Assist in the planning and carry out of ISP/IPP Plans.
• Maintain medication certification and dispense medication as assigned.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed (logs, MyAvatar, logs, data collection).
• Responsible for resident clothing and property inventories.
• Complete wage spreadsheets and banking with RM; manage house money ledgers.
