Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Washington, CT seeks an Assistant Residence Manager to lead daily operations in a residential program for youths with developmental disabilities. The role includes ISP/IPP support, medication management, and thorough documentation.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Have a valid CT Driver's License.
• Be flexible, patient, energetic, and creative.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Strong passion for helping children and adults with special needs.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the daily operation of the assigned residence and function as shift leader in the absence of the RM.
• Assist in the planning and carry out of ISP/IPP Plans.
• Maintain medication certification and dispense medication as assigned.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed (daily logs, MyAvatar, staff logs, data collection, bed checks).
• Responsible for resident clothing and property inventories.
• Complete client/house money ledgers as spending occurs with RM supervision.
• Complete wage spreadsheet and banking as pay checks are received with RM supervision.
• Supervise and assist with house meals.
