Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Advanced degree preferred in Student Personnel, Higher Education, or related field.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• Current, valid and unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate assigned staff and student assistants.
• Assess student and community needs and plan programming.
• Enforce department and university policies with staff and residents.
• Manage high-level crisis interventions for live-in students.
• Serve as primary hearing officer for conduct hearings.
• Contribute to planning a curricular model for residential life.
• Participate in committees to drive student engagement across campus.
• Oversee annual budget and prepare monthly engagement reports.
• Provide after-hours accessibility for staff and residents.
