Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is looking for a Community Ambassador in Marietta, GA, to serve as a liaison between residents and management. This part-time position involves enhancing the resident experience through engagement and programming, as well as providing leasing support and operational assistance.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and must be enrolled as students with specific academic requirements. Competitive compensation and a positive work culture are part of the offering.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements.
• Must be able to live on-site in assigned staff housing.
• Must be available to move in prior to the start of the academic year for training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social and developmental programs to enhance the resident experience.
• Assist with leasing efforts including tours and follow-ups.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.

Skills

Education

Minimum 12 undergraduate credit hours or 6 graduate hours
