Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1 year related work experience in event coordination or related field.
• Experience with event coordination or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional client services in event logistics.
• Coordinate arrangements with campus support groups for events.
• Troubleshoot Event Reservation System issues by phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with support groups for event coverage.
• Produce contracts and invoices; monitor fee collections.
• Create diagrams and floor plans for setups.
• Develop event timelines and run-of-show documents.
• Check set-ups for scheduled events.
• Provide on-site event support including after-hours and weekends.
