The Office of Residence Life at Liberty University is seeking an Office Assistant to serve as the primary customer service representative at the front desk, handling inquiries from students, parents, and staff by phone, email, and chat. This part-time role supports key housing operations and office tasks in a on-site setting.
The ideal candidate is a Liberty University student with a customer service mindset, able to work up to 18 hours weekly, and comfortable using the StarRez housing system.
An Office Assistant is the primary customer service agent for theOffice of Residence Life. They assist students, parents, and othercustomers via phone, email, online chats, and front deskinteractions. They are responsible for answering all routinequestions and properly directing more unique situations to theappropriate staff or office. They also assist in the issuing,returning, and organization of room keys.
Must be a Liberty University student able to work up to 18 hoursper week. Customer service experience is preferred.
