Job summary

Endicott College is seeking a Residence Life Operations Coordinator to manage housing and campus programming across the academic year, with a summer emphasis on external overnight programs. This is a full-time, 12-month, live-in position located on the College campus in Beverly, MA.

The role involves supervision of student staff, training, and coordinating event logistics in collaboration with Misselwood Events and Campus Center staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage off-campus leased housing and residential operations during the academic year.
• Support campus programming and training of student staff.

• Advise student staff and collaborate with Campus Center staff.
• Oversee summer residential operations and housing readiness.
