Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Residence Life Department and assist with front desk operations, guest check-in, and inquiries.
• Utilize departmental databases and online systems (Office 365, SharePoint, Passport, StarRez, JotForm, etc.) for daily operations.
• Manage building access, issue and retrieve keys, and support move-in/move-out procedures.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and outreach activities for Residence Life.
• Follow security and safety procedures and assist with incident documentation when needed.
