Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable departures at our Waco property near Baylor University.

You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and payments with accuracy, coordinate with the team, and maintain an inviting lobby experience. This on-site, full-time role offers solid benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience delivering guest-focused service in a hospitality setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins/check-outs to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate needs and requests.
• Think quickly to resolve issues and turn potential problems into positive guest outcomes.
• Multitask by managing reservations, payments, and room assignments efficiently.
