Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least six years of experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience are required.
• Must be able to reliably transport clients and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the ONA Resettlement staff and establish service standards, goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and document case management, education, health and employment services.
• Ensure high-quality, timely case records in line with laws and policies.
• Oversee PQI activities for the Resettlement programs.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and facilitate program communications.
• Monitor grant budgets and ensure funds are spent appropriately.
• Track volunteer hours and in-kind donations per grant requirements.
• Build relationships with parishes, colleges and employers to access services.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Represent the Agency professionally in the community.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Utilize basic Microsoft Office applications.
