Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering (≤3 years from graduation).
• Proven experience in reservoir simulation.
• Proficiency in computational and data science methods for solving reservoir simulation and fluid mechanics problems.
• Experience with computational methods for solving partial differential equations (PDE).
• Demonstrated ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, with strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply reservoir engineering, computational, and data science skills to innovate and advance reservoir performance understanding.
• Develop innovations for upstream and low-carbon businesses.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify unmet needs in reservoir simulation capabilities.
• Serve as SME in reservoir simulation technology and advise staff on advanced applications.
