Job summary

National Emergency Management and Response is seeking reservist Paramedics to support emergency responses on an as-needed basis. A current Paramedic license in the home state is required, with NREMT preferred and ALS certification preferred. Expect on-call deployments with rapid readiness and travel within 24-48 hours.

Hours are not guaranteed and compensation is based on actual hours worked. This role supports incident response across disasters, mass casualty events, and other emergencies,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Paramedic license in state of residence required.
• Texas, Louisiana, Florida, or North Carolina licensure preferred.
• Current NREMT preferred.
• ALS certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year Paramedic experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness to deploy within 6-12 hours of activation.
• Be available to deploy on short notice and travel within 24-48 hours.
• Work in an intermittent, as-needed basis as reservist staff.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal policies and confidentiality rules.

Skills

One year Paramedic experience
