Job summary

National EMR seeks talented reservists to assist impacted communities and first responders on an as-needed basis. Reservists are part of an elite, all-hazards response cadre, available to work intermittently and travel/deploy within 24-48 hours. This is NOT a full-time job.

Pay is for actual hours worked; deployments depend on skills and experience. Requirements include High School Diploma, CNA certification, 2+ years healthcare experience, and ICS training (ICS-100, 200, 700, 800; ICS 300/400

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of professional healthcare experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and not barred from working in any state.

Responsibilities

• Follow National EMR Policies and Procedures Manual and related handbooks.
• Maintain vital signs and assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document medical records accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with LVNs/RNs and other staff to complete tasks by end of shift.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervision.
