Job summary

National EMR seeks talented reservists to assist impacted communities and first responders on an as-needed basis.

Reservists may be deployed within 24–48 hours and are paid for actual hours worked; deployments depend on skills and need.

Candidates should have a Master’s in Social Work or related Behavioral Science with licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMSW) and two years of post‑graduate clinical experience; applicable ICS courses are required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of postgraduate direct clinical service delivery experience.
• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related Behavioral Science program.
• Certification required: LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, or LMSW-AP.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to National EMR Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Conduct intake interviews and assess clients within standard timelines.
• Provide case consultations and one-to-one counseling, including crisis intervention.
• Maintain documentation of therapeutic plans and progress reports.
• Attend continuing education to maintain licenses and certifications.
