Starbucks Reserve Kitchen in New York is seeking a dedicated baker to support daily production of pastries, breads and artisanal items in a fast-paced Reserve & Roastery setting, following established recipes and quality standards.

You will assist Bakers and Lead Bakers with production lists, planning, weighing dough, scaling recipes, and maintaining HACCP logs, while upholding hygiene, safety and Starbucks policies.

Formación

• 1+ years baking in a professional kitchen.
• Health Code Certification (as per DOH) preferred.
• Ability to lift 35–55 lbs.
• Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Strong knife skills and pastry/food preparation experience.
• Data entry and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare designated bakery items per established recipes.
• Support daily production lists and maintain Reserve/Gold Standard.
• Receive ingredients and supplies for daily operations.
• Cut and weigh dough, mold into loaves, and proof dough.
• Shape dough by hand or with dough rollers; scale recipes.
• Maintain HACCP temp logs and lot tracking sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
