Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years culinary production in a professional kitchen – commercial a plus (required)
• Current Health Code Certification (as per State and Local DOH requirements) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of savory food according to prescribed recipes
• Assist the Savory team in the organization and execution of timely food production
• Assist with sanitation, food safety and related production activities
• Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Maintains date lot tracking sheets and HACCP temp logs
• Scale recipes for production; familiar with using gram/kilogram scales and units of measure
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leader in support of the kitchen
