Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, TX seeks a Hotel Reservations Coordinator to manage guest reservations with accuracy and efficiency from inquiry to arrival. You will be the main contact for guests making, modifying, or canceling bookings and will collaborate with Front Office, Marketing & Sales, and UDX to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

You will handle rates, availability, blocks, and special requests, maintain the Windsurfer system, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera Cloud, SynXis, Windsurfer).
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, colleagues and departments.
• Experience in hotel reservations, front office or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Consistent attendance is a job requirement.

Responsabilités

• Processes and manages reservations, modifications, or cancellations via phone, email, and online systems.
• Coordinates with Front Office and Sales to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Updates rates, availability, and guest information in Windsurfer; manages room blocks.
• Handles special requests, group blocks and VIP bookings with accuracy.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves reservation issues professionally.
• Assists with reporting, audits, and occupancy tracking; collaborates across departments.
• Follows Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per UDX policy.
