Job summary

Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, TX seeks an Operations Coordinator to support Revenue Operations, coordinating scheduling, inventory, and collateral updates for Food & Beverage and Merchandise. You will partner with managers to optimize staffing and assist in audits and reports, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering guest-focused service during events.

You will maintain collateral and menus, support MFDO and related operations, and help with training and project work as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and administrative support experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other business software.
• Professional Food Managers certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational tasks for Revenue Operations.
• Assist with staffing rotations and scheduling changes.
• Maintain and update collateral and menus to ensure accuracy and show quality standards.
• Assist with audits and reporting for health inspections.
