Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced hospitality administrator to coordinate day-to-day operations for the on-site hotel and support all departments reporting to the Director/General Manager.

You will assist with team member communications, training, inventory processes, procurement, and purchase requisitions, while liaising with third-party service providers and maintaining hotel communications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Experience with hotel operations and guest services is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assists and supports management across hotel departments including Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Coordinates daily staffing and vendor relationships and supports regulatory compliance.
• Maintains department data, processes service requests, and tracks inventory.
• Teaches and supports team members; ensures timely documentation and reporting.
• Collaborates with Digital & Technology teams to optimize PMS and related systems.
