Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Agent for Stonewall Resort. You will manage incoming calls, confirm and upsell reservations, and provide information on room rates, packages, and events to guests.

The role requires a high school diploma, a pleasant voice, and good verbal/written communication. Previous Reservations/PBX experience is desirable; cross-training with PBX/Front Desk may occur.

Qualifications

• Pleasant speaking voice and clear communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Experience in reservations or PBX is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Confirms reservations, up-sells, and answers questions on rates and facilities.
• Coordinate with sales, conference services, and other departments.
• Input and manage reservations in PMS accurately.
• Cross-train and assist in PBX and Front Desk as needed.
